Q) I have a laptop computer. Can I plug it in at the cafe to get your fast access?
A) We have provided power outlets for laptop computers, We also include ethernet hookups for laptops. Our customers with laptops are certianly welcome to use our computer system.

Q) I have never been on the Internet before. Is there someone there to help me?
A) Of course. Our goal is to provide everybody with an inviting and relaxing atmosphere to explore the Internet. Our knowledgable staff is always happy to lend a hand or offer guidance. However, if you require extra attention, we would suggest you participate in our Introduction to the Internet Lesson.

Q) Do you have Macintosh computers?
A) Yes we do. We currently run Windows 98, NT-Workstations, NT-Servers and MAC.OS.9 on all of our PC computers, with a Unix main fram server.

Q) Can you network games together so I can play my friends?
A) Absolutely! With ten computer stations, you can invite your friends and even their friends.

Q) I have software that I use for my business or a game that I like. Can you load it on your system?
A) We strive to keep up with the most popular business applications and software and we may already have it. Unfortunately, some software can conflict with other programs, and cause a number of problems. We are always open to your suggestions, and will always look into adding software to accomodate our customers.

Q) What speed is your Internet connection?
A) We are hooked up with an Internet connection that's up to 200 times faster than 56K modems. No, that's not a misprint.

A) Absolutely! We not only offer space, but excellent beverage, Internet access (excellent for user groups and the like), large monitors on our walls for presentations (video or computer) and a number of other excellent reasons for you to have your next meeting here.
